Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and proper heading hierarchy on every page.
- Alternative text on meaningful imagery so screen readers can describe project renderings, plans, and photographs.
- Color contrast designed against WCAG ratios using OKLCH color tokens, with dark gradients over hero imagery to keep text legible.
- Full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and ARIA labels on interactive controls (forms, dialogs, navigation, galleries).
- Responsive layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop without horizontal scrolling at any common viewport size.
- Form fields paired with explicit labels, helpful placeholder text, and clear inline error feedback.
Known limitations
Some content on this site is sourced from third parties — for example, embedded maps and PDF brochures. We do our best to surface the same information in the page itself (project detail, site plan caption, comparable address), but the third-party documents may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA in full. We're actively working to remediate these as the brochure set is regenerated.
